We’re proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner to our brand-new exciting client, Nuvho. We’re working with the UK Leadership Team as we look for a Senior Revenue Analyst to join their growing dynamic team and be based remotely in Ireland.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven and successful Revenue Analyst or Senior Revenue Analyst who is looking for a new challenge within a true industry leader in the consultancy space with exciting clients in multiple areas of hospitality.
The key elements of this role are maximising revenue and profit whilst ensuring that the cost of distribution is minimised, analysing past business performance, and forecasted trends and distributing the pricing and inventory for all Nuvho clients’ properties across a range of different channels.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in revenue management for a given portfolio of clients.
· Compile planning reports to assist with day-to-day analysis of demand patterns and strategic directions.
· Compile daily reports for each property as required (pick up reports, daily forecast update) etc.
· Execute all pricing, distribution and inventory management processes and manage any overbooking scenario to ensure revenue are maximised.
· Manage all rates distributed to ensure that Nuvho Clients can maximise all revenue opportunities.
· Work closely with the Managing Director in the implementation of the new system and procedures with a view to increase efficiencies, RevPAR and market share across the portfolio.
· Maintain a strong working relationship with the GDS providers and other system providers to ensure distributed rates are loaded in a timely manner.
· Assist the Managing Director, in completing demand calendar and forecast for all Nuvho Clients properties.
· Maintain forecast accuracy within set KPI’s. Review process of forecasting regularly to ensure accuracy is maintained or improved.
· Compile ad-hoc reports to assist with statistical analysis and strategic directions.
· Manage the allotted room distribution to wholesale trade partners, ensuring that materialisation is achieved.
· Assist in the preparation for annual department contracting, e.g. Contracted Rates, Allotments.
· Load year-round contracted rates and allotments in the various systems and distribution channels.
· Maintain thorough knowledge of distribution channels, reporting systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
· Prepare all reports in preparation for End of Month and assist in the completion of End of Month.
· Attempt to resolve any queries from stakeholders through following Nuvho Clients’ procedures and standards.
· Maintain strong working relationship with Sales and Marketing, Hotel Operations and Nuvho Clients’ management teams.
