Edwards & Finn is very pleased to be working exclusively with a tech-focussed, growing hospitality brand, looking for a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join their growing commercial team, looking after some cool European properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong multi-property revenue management experience, be particularly strong in pricing, as well as curious to challenge the status quo and capable of prioritising workload of their own volition.   Due to the nature of the opportunity, you’ll need to be highly analytical, commercially minded, and methodical in your approach as well as being well-versed in stakeholder management and have a customer-centric focus.  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential. 

The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager is a vital role in mentoring junior members of the team, ensuring accurate pricing, reporting and analysis of the business activities in the hotels. The purpose of this role is to optimise revenue through engagement in rigorous, constant, and detailed evaluation and analysis. This role will report to the Head of Revenue and provide enhancements to improve revenue reporting and forecasting accuracy.
