We’re very excited to be working with a leading global hotel brand and their commercial leadership team as we look for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their dynamic team based in Malta.

The ideal candidate is a strong multi-property revenue management professional, looking for a new challenge within a prestigious brand to manage a number of key properties for the region. Due to the nature of the opportunity, you’ll need to be highly analytical, commercially minded, and be well-versed in stakeholder management.

The role of Cluster Revenue Manager is a key role within the Commercial function as part of the hotel/cluster team.  Based in Malta, there will be some local travel required at times to successfully fulfil this role. The primary function of this role is to manage the topline revenue streams of the hotels ensuring the relevant commercial strategies are successfully implemented.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies for room inventory, balancing demand & revenue potential
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with promotional efforts
  • Conduct market analysis to identify key revenue opportunities & adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Monitor local & global market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to anticipate shifts in the market
  • Manage & optimise room inventory across all distribution channels, ensuring availability & price integrity
  • Collaborate with the reservations & front office teams to maximize occupancy while maintaining rate integrity
  • Oversee the use of revenue management systems & tools to automate pricing decisions
  • Ensure accurate setup & functionality of revenue management systems to optimise performance
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and front desk teams to ensure cohesive strategies & seamless guest experiences
  • Participate in revenue meetings to discuss performance, projections, and strategies
  • Track performance metrics such as RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), occupancy rates, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and GOPPAR (Gross Operating Profit Per Available Room).
  • Optimise distribution strategies across OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), GDS (Global Distribution System), and direct booking platforms.
  • Ensure rate integrity & visibility across all online & offline channels.
  • Provide regular analysis to the business, highlighting key performance indicators, insights & suggesting improvements.
