About the Role: As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximising revenue across multiple properties. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can manage room inventory and optimize pricing strategies to align with The Resident Hotels’ vision of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement innovative revenue management strategies.
· Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions.
· Lead and mentor team members to ensure operational flexibility.
· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive direct booking initiatives.
· Oversee and optimize key systems such as PMS, RMS, and booking engines.
· Provide actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and data analysis.

· Proven expertise in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
· Knowledge of hotel technology systems (PMS, RMS, GDS, etc.).
