We’re working with the Global Talent Acquisition Team as we look for a Director of Technical Implementations to join their team on a fully Remote basis with minimum travel requirements.
This is one of the first roles we are supporting with as part of a longer-term global expansion plan.
The Director will lead a team of six Implementation professionals who serve customers with new CRS Integrations and Migrations.
This role requires a blend of project management expertise, client interaction, and leadership skills. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure successful implementations and will be instrumental in optimising processes and customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
· Lead and manage implementation projects, including CRS Integrations, PMS Migrations, and Company Migrations.
· Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
· Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
· Monitor and manage project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
· Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
· Oversee the development and implementation of best practices and processes for project management.
· Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure that solutions are tailored to their requirements.
Preferred Experience:
· Hospitality or Hotel Technology experience.
· Revenue analysis, management, or strategy experience.
· Experience troubleshooting integrations.
Location:
· Remote based with travel up to 4 times per year
· Possible duration 3-4 days per trip – within Europe area
