Are you an experienced Distribution Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join this clients commercial team in the heart of London at Piccadilly Circus on a full-time basis. If you are passionate about distribution technology, creating online marketing content, and managing OTA partnerships, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As a Distribution Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our distribution channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all information entered into the Channel Management System is accurate and up to date.
  • Managing all mapping activities for channel implementation with connectivity through Channel Manager, PMS, or CRS.
  • Overseeing the process of negotiated rate loading across distribution platforms.
  • Auditing rate and content parity issues across all digital channels.
  • Creating and maintaining company-wide distribution standards in PMS, CRS, and Channel Manager.
  • Identifying and resolving connectivity errors due to incorrect mapping or rate setup.
  • Supporting the e-commerce team in digital content and campaign management.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Systematic and self-motivated approach.
  • Experience with OTA Extranets.
