Edwards & Finn is very pleased to be working exclusively with Dalata Hotel Group, looking for a Head of Revenue, due to internal promotion, to oversee revenue optimisation across their 25 hotels in UK, Ireland and Europe.
The ideal candidate will either be a current Head of Revenue at a similar sized group, or experienced Regional/ Area / Group Revenue Manager, looking for a step up. You’ll have experience of managing a team, be curious to challenge the status quo and have exceptional stakeholder management skills as you forge relationships with your direct reports and the onsite teams.
This role is key to leading the revenue strategy across 25 hotels, driving growth, optimising profitability, and overseeing strategic pricing and inventory management.
