Julia has extensive experience in operational leadership roles within multiple industries with a proven track record of driving sales and overall business performance. Julia heads up all operations and team performance across our specialist commercial recruitment divisions as well as the wider business working closely with Thomas the Managing Director.

Julia is passionate about achieving goals and providing accuracy when it comes to the finer details. She is the central pillar of consistency for the whole Edwards & Finn team and is known for “getting things done right!”.
