Role Overview:

As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward through strategic revenue management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the VP of Revenue Strategy and collaborating closely with General Managers, Sales, and Reservation teams.
  • Producing annual budgets per segment per day and participating in the delivery of the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Analysing reports and data to develop effective revenue management strategies.
  • Maximizing total revenue of each property through business mix optimization and rate manipulation.
  • Delivering weekly, monthly, and annual reports, as well as ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Forecasting daily demand per market segment and providing supporting commentary.
  • Managing overbooking strategies to maximize occupancy levels.
  • Monitoring and controlling the revenue management system and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Liaising with Finance teams to support financial analysis in market segmentation and distribution channel trends.
  • Exploring new distribution channels and technology partners.
  • Coaching and developing the commercial team’s technical skills.
  • Proactively adapting strategy and tactics in response to changing market conditions.

Your Rock Star Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar revenue management role.
  • Background in the hospitality industry is ideal.
  • Knowledge of the global travel and accommodation market.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technically proficient with hospitality systems such as Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office products.
