About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager (Relocation), you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key relocation and serviced apartment accounts, driving revenue growth, and securing new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the relocation business model, strong account management skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a targeted portfolio of relocation and serviced apartment accounts
- Implement strategic account management processes to maximize revenue
- Organize regular client activities and networking events
- Stay up to date with industry trends and economic insights
- Identify and win new accounts through structured pipeline processes
- Collaborate with internal teams including Revenue, Sales, and Property Management
- Participate in trade shows, sales campaigns, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Experience – Minimum 2 years in a sales environment, ideally in hospitality, relocation, or serviced apartments
Skills – Strong negotiation, account planning, and sales strategy execution
Business Acumen – Understanding of the relocation sector and ability to drive revenue growth
Relationship Management – Excellent communication and client management skills
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technologies
Proactive Mindset – Ability to work independently while contributing to wider business objectives
