Thomas has a love for giving back shown through the creation of the Edwards & Finn Foundation To date, the foundation has helped and is continuing to help the homeless, vulnerable people struggling with drug addiction, local youth organisations, women and children escaping domestic violence, stray dogs, mental health and spiritual healing as well as supporting young commercial leaders in the hospitality industry by fully funding beneficiaries every year to complete qualifications in Revenue Management.
