Director of Revenue & Business Intelligence

We are excited to be the exclusive recruitment partner to our new client within the multi-branded hotel management space and its Leadership Team as we look for a Director of Revenue & Business Intelligence to lead the Revenue Management and Commercial Analytics Team and drive performance across the group. This role is based 5 days in the London Head Office.

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving revenue and pricing strategies to maximise commercial performance across multiple properties. This is a high-impact role requiring a data-driven, analytical thinker with a proven track record in revenue management and a deep understanding of the hospitality market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimise RevPAR, occupancy, and profitability across all hotels
  • Oversee pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies, including OTA relationships and direct booking channels
  • Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
  • Design and implement a BI structure and platform allowing efficient sharing of information and enhancing data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategic goals and deliver unified commercial performance
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the revenue team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate performance tracking and informed decision-making
  • Manage and optimise the use of revenue management systems and tools across the portfolio

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior revenue management role within the hospitality sector, preferably across multiple properties
  • Strong knowledge of revenue optimisation techniques, distribution management, and pricing strategy
  • Commercially focused with a high level of analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, or similar) and hotel PMS/CRS platforms
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
